This month nature has already made two loud and clear reminders of who is in charge. First Cyclone Nargis that hit Burma May 3rd, and then a 7.9 earthquake in China on May 12th. You may have been paying attention to the spread of the H5N1 bird flu virus and noting it seems to be gaining ground with more outbreaks and closer to major population centers.
