  • Brexit – Be careful what you ask for!

Posted on November 2, 2016 12:02 am by Richard

It goes without saying the pending exit of Britain from the European Union is starting to resemble stepping into something organic at a farm with many animals. But this is just an example of people not thinking out clearly what would happen and listening to a few well-spoken people who had an agenda. Continue reading → Post ID 15984

Posted on September 9, 2013 12:01 am by Richard

The gut feeling people get when they discover the US government can just open and read an intimate email sent between two lovers, the feeling of it only happens to others is quickly replaced with a feeling of violation. Suddenly the semi comforting thought it can only happen to others is replaced with feelings ranging from anger to being totally violated as people simply conclude it is not others, and they themselves have been spied on. • WikiLeaks Assange Sweden query not adding up

Posted on January 18, 2011 12:02 am by Richard

The more time goes by, the more a person comes to realize the US wants Julian Assange locked away for any charge they can find from Jaywalking right on up to capital crimes. As the Sweden questioning parameters and chain of events thus far just don’t add up, it is very clear the justice system is being completely and totally misused. The reasons cited are not even in the neighborhood of making any sense at all when you look at all the dots. Continue reading → Post ID 15984

  • Stagnant religion Part 2

Posted on November 4, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

Over the centuries religion had evolved to be more civilized and less barbaric. Punishment was more a matter of protocol and physical harm was put to rest. Even some of the more extreme views of religion became more moderate. Being too aggressive simply chased people away. Continue reading → Post ID 15984

Posted on November 3, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

It most certainly seems of late there is a lot in the news about religion. Not just one religion but for the most part nearly all of them. The one common thing between them is 95% of the news is negative, bad, or down right ugly. Continue reading → Post ID 15984

  • Thaksin’s score Part 3

Posted on July 23, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

As the Thaksin on the run saga continues and he wears out his welcome country after country, his world is getting smaller and smaller. It would seem that countries that have a low number Thaksin is banned from entry. The ones he manages to sneak into quickly toss him out or encourage him to leave by not allowing him to launch political attacks from their soil. Sooner or later he may end up in Haiti as they could use his money big time. Continue reading → Post ID 15984

Posted on July 22, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

So as Thaksin’s globe hopping continues, you begin to see some interesting patterns shaping up. He has no place he can call home, and where he stays he is constantly looking over his shoulder as well as having a huge negative cash flow to buy that stay out of jail insurance. Posted on July 21, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

If you decided to keep score on the convicted fugitive Thaksin Shinawatra and who he associates with, it becomes an interesting reflection of what his world is like today. But no matter how you look at it, this is a fun read that cuts past his attempted self image. Continue reading → Post ID 15984

Posted on June 11, 2009 12:00 am by Richard

It was classic Thaksin arrogance for all the world to see. This time it was not ignoring the laws of Thailand, it was ignoring the laws of Germany. Knowing how arrogant Thaksin is, it does not take much of a guess that Germany may be but one country on a longer list who’s laws Thaksin has violated. Continue reading → Post ID 15984

Posted on April 1, 2009 12:01 am by Richard

Connecting the Dots is not trying to blame the world economic crisis on Thaksin, but because Thaksin is actively trying to make trouble in one of the G20 nations, no doubt his name will come up. Knowing how Thaksin rubs respectable people the wrong way, this may not be a good thing for Thaksin. Continue reading → Post ID 15984
