Much has happened since we started this series at the beginning of the year. The heroes we highlighted along with many we have not have experienced attacks from corrupt officials, bad cops and other people who simply should not be public servants. On the bright side of things, the heroes have achieved significant court rulings, won huge settlements, but most important continue to provide an education to everyone about the rights set forth in the Constitution of the United States. This hero who regularly goes toe to toe with police in an attempt to show by example how not to violate the rights of people comes from Houston Texas. His style is laid back and polite and comes across as a man of the cloth, yet more often than not he is treated with suspicion and immediately asked to identify himself as if he had committed a crime followed by an attempt to violate his constitutional rights.
