It is amazing some of the tricks you can get animals to do. Provide them with a little stimulation and they will do what you want. Unfortunately not all animals are of species other than human. With the right stimulation, human animals can be made to do destructive things that include killing of their own kind. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Google vs Connecting the Dots Part 3
After 100% of the dozens of responses we got via email or in person supported our view of things, the focus of our question has now changed. No longer is it a question about what is wrong with the picture Google seems upset with, the question has now completely shifted to What is wrong with the person who said there is a problem with the picture. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Education the enemy
If you step way back you will see a disturbing pattern of events when the words Muslim and extremist are used in the same sentence. It does not matter what part of the world is being described, the news stories have a similar theme, and that is dead teachers and burned schools. Continue reading Post ID 12578

A world of drama
Just sit back and look around. It seems no matter what direction you look, things are heading south with violence, the potential of violence, and the devastating effects of climate change. Never in the history of man has so much negative been going on at the same time, and we can only wonder and speculate as to the reasons why. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Faith replaced by science
In a clear and growing contest between religion and science, science clearly is winning the battle. When it comes down to pitting clear, understandable, and convincing solid evidence against faith and just believe, unfortunately wet toilet paper holds together better than just believe. 2010 year in review
It is that time of year again to take a look back at what happened and who was effected most by what. Unfortunately much of what happened in 2010 will be repeated in the future. Continue reading Post ID 12578

The abortion issue a reality check
With the discovery of over 2000 fetuses at a temple in Bangkok, it is an in your face reminder that abortions will happen whether they are legal or not. To think this will happen only in Thailand is only for the naive to believe. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Stagnant religion Part 2
Over the centuries religion had evolved to be more civilized and less barbaric. Punishment was more a matter of protocol and physical harm was put to rest. Even some of the more extreme views of religion became more moderate. Being too aggressive simply chased people away. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Stagnant religion Part 1
It most certainly seems of late there is a lot in the news about religion. Not just one religion but for the most part nearly all of them. The one common thing between them is 95% of the news is negative, bad, or down right ugly. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Public rejection of religious values concerning gays
In just another example of how the narrow views of religions on gays are being rejected, a recent poll on the US military ‘Don’t ask Don’t tell’ policy simply said we don’t care one way or the other. For the most part it seems people have accepted that what gender a person is attracted to is a non elective and is genetically preset. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Believe it or not
When the phrase global warming is heard, there still can be some passionate arguments on both sides if it is true or not. But then again in disaster films there is always a group of people heading in the wrong direction as well. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Pope chief apology maker
It would seem that Pope Benedict XVI is of late spending more time making apologies for horny priests than doing his primary job of leading the Catholic church. But as it would be, the Pope holds the power to correct the cause that has lead to the effect of making apologies and draining the Vatican’s bank accounts. The question is will he fix the problem or let his successor spend most of his time making apologies as well. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Quran (Koran) burning provides Afghanistan reality check
It is amazing how one very small church in Florida that threatened to burn the Quran (Koran), provided such a very clear picture of the mental state of the Afghanistan people. It very quickly cut past what the US government would like people to believe and gave a reality check on just how tough things are. Continue reading Post ID 12578

Intolerant by design
When you try to understand what fuels so many of the conflicts in the world, you seem to keep coming back to the same group in the center of the firestorm. For the most part all groups are tolerant of other groups by design, less one. Continue reading Post ID 12578
