Posted on November 30, 2016 12:02 am by Richard

    Trump crystal ball

Knowing what the world will be like with Donald Trump’s presidential influence is a question on the world’s mind. So as he has been showing what makes him tick, we are starting to see just how the dots are likely to connect during 2017.

  • The North Korean war factor

Posted on April 7, 2013 6:06 am by Richard

Whether you think North Korea will make good on it’s threats of nuclear war or not, one thing is for certain. Governments that are directly involved are having their spin doctors and propaganda machines running overtime to leverage their positions. So it is a given that what makes it to the media already has some serious spin on it. So Connecting the Dots decided to connect some dots and see what the picture looks like when you dig down and analyze some known facts and see what it spells out. Continue reading → Post ID 15998

  • Crossing the line

Posted on January 23, 2011 12:03 am by Richard

It is all too often that we hear in the news that some person or persons accidentally crossed an unmarked border between two countries. • North Korea displays mental instability

Posted on November 25, 2010 12:00 am by Richard

The cross border attack by North Korea on South Korea seems to provide several similarities to the overuse of steroids. All that pumping up with nuclear ability has clearly gone to their head, and North Korea looks to be changing into a bully mentality. Continue reading → Post ID 15998

  • Preparing to attack Iran

Posted on September 29, 2010 12:01 am by Richard

After hearing Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s remarks at the 2010 United Nations General assembly, it is fair to assume that the majority of the countries have moved closer to feeling a preemptive attack on Iran’s nuclear ambitions is the right thing to do. Most certainly spewing arrogant rhetoric has its negative side. Continue reading → Post ID 15998

  • Bloody Thai conflict looms

Posted on April 29, 2010 4:33 am by Richard

Looking down from a safe vantage point into the Red Shirt camp, the untrained eye would tell you these are civilian Thais. But look closer and you will see these civilian Thais packing military weapons from rocket propelled grenades to assault rifles and they are not shy to use them on other Thais.
