  • The good side of Thaksin Shinawatra

Posted on July 7, 2014 12:02 am by Richard

For the most part, people that are Anti-Thaksin would have a hard time with the title of this entry, and an even harder time trying to read it without rolling their eyes or spouting out colorful words. But the fact of the matter is there is a good side to everything as even the most vile creatures of nature have a reason and a place. This entry looks to set out and explore how Thaksin fits into that mix. Continue reading → Post ID 15163

  • Thailand’s tipping point on corruption reached

Posted on June 30, 2014 12:02 am by Richard

The title of this entry should have a ? or an ! after it. The problem is we don’t know just yet witch one is the right one to use. In either case there is significant major activity by the Junta with a full on attack against corruption and graft because things are all coming to a head and Thailand’s face is at stake. • Thaksin still has not learned the word ‘NO’

Posted on May 28, 2014 12:02 am by Richard

Despite Thaksin’s influence being removed twice with two separate Coups in Thailand, Thaksin still has not grasped the concept of the word ‘NO’, we won’t let you be a dictator. So with word of Thaksin looking to set up a Government in exile getting ready to give it yet another try, it is clear beyond any level of common sense that only a psychopath would not have learned to give up this quest. • Effective methods against Thaksin Shinawatra

Posted on May 27, 2014 12:02 am by Richard

Over the past three years, Thaksin Shinawatra has inadvertently shown people how to keep him away from Thai politics and minimize or eliminate his influence in Thailand. Until now it was only guesswork, but now Thaksin has shown his hand and there is little doubt left as to how to neutralize him. Continue reading → Post ID 15163

  • Thailand’s anti-corruption pro-corruption battle

Posted on April 3, 2014 12:02 am by Richard

When you strip away the names and personalities from Thailand’s political unrest, you are simply left with the un-flavored reality of what the unrest is all about. It all comes down to corruption bleeding away tax revenues that result in Thailand and the Thai people never having the money needed to get ahead. Continue reading → Post ID 15163

Posted on February 21, 2014 12:02 am by Richard

Glutton GovernmentThaksin’s proxy Government is showing increasing signs of concern about getting reelected if the February 2, 2014 elections are nullified. The situation and their popularity is deteriorating so quickly in their voter base, the chances of winning a majority are increasingly unlikely. Continue reading → Post ID 15163

  • Thaksin’s clock running out

Posted on February 4, 2014 12:02 am by Richard

There is a new player in the game against Thaksin and his massively corrupt regime, and it is clearly not on Thaksin’s side. The new player is the clock, and when it runs out, it most likely will signal the end of this round. We say this round because Thaksin will continue to try again and again until he draws his last breath. Continue reading → Post ID 15163

  • Thaksin’s impatience apparent

Posted on March 28, 2013 12:02 am by Richard

When you read the recent news of the activities and statements made by Thaksin Shinawatra, it is easy to see he is ready to make his move. It is also known that Thaksin’s own mouth is his own worst enemy. Interviews with the media and in particular with the New York Times, enough consistent and arrogant statements have been said that signal the final or latest push is underway. But this will be no ordinary push as the anti Thaksin people have significant weapons, and it all may come down to who can get to the goal the fastest wins all. Continue reading → Post ID 15163

  • How Thaksin Shinawatra made his enemies

Posted on February 4, 2013 12:03 am by Richard

There is no shortage of people that dislike Thaksin Shinawatra. In fact to make half of a country that has a population over 60 Million his enemy is no simple task when you consider no one thing Thaksin did made that happen. It was his continued daily arrogance and disregard for other people that eventually gathered the masses against him. Continue reading → Post ID 15163

Posted on November 24, 2012 8:15 am by Richard

In what appears to be a repeat of 2005 when then Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra huge amounts of corruption was just to big to hide, the Thaksin supported rice pledging scheme appears to be a repeat of that unpleasant discovery. If that is the case, then the pieces of the puzzle seem to be pointing to the end of the pro Thaksin Government. Continue reading → Post ID 15163

Posted on May 22, 2012 6:01 am by Richard

The title of this entry could either be both phrased as a question or a statement. But when you start to look at it more carefully, it looks more and more like a statement as certain behavior traits are repeating, and the last go around lead to a military coup that ousted Thaksin. Posted on December 24, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

When looking at the general content of the leaked cables it would seem that various governments claims of transparency are in fact frosted windows. There is deception after deception being uncovered. Certainly some of the information being disclosed by WikiLeaks will have a variety of effects with some being good and some being bad. Posted on November 14, 2010 12:03 am by Richard

It is a very big list of people who have had their lives destroyed by Thaksin. In fact just sitting down and coming up with a number, roughly it has been about 1 person per month. The sad part about it, although it was because of Thaksin, the destruction of each one has been self induced. Continue reading → Post ID 15163
