  • US Government justifying Edward Snowden

Posted on August 22, 2013 12:02 am by Richard

When you start to read between the lines between the posturing of the USA and the posturing of Edward Snowden, you are seeing that Edward Snowden is holding his ground while the US Government seems to have it’s hands in it’s pockets while looking at the ground in the classic ‘Got Busted’ posture and attitude. That basic body language says a lot and tends to refine the reason the US is so determined about getting Snowden. Continue reading → Post ID 14366

  • US courts political factor Part 3

Posted on December 8, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

In part 3 we will look at how the US justice system is seen by other governments and by the accused fighting extradition. Seeing that governments frequently get involved in court cases when there is a political element, provides simple and convincing proof that the political element does indeed exist in the US courts. • US courts political factor Part 2

Posted on December 7, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

As we continue to examine the US justice system, we now turn our attention to the practice of witch hunts. That is simply done by the assumption of guilt and loading up with accusations be they founded or not, all in an attempt to get a conviction. Continue reading → Post ID 14366

  • US courts political factor Part 1

Posted on December 6, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

There is perhaps some valid concern about just how political US courts and in particular the US justice system is. There have been a number of cases that have raised some questions both in the US and abroad. Because of that, Connecting the Dots decided to see just what dots we can find and let people come to their own conclusion when we line them all up. Continue reading → Post ID 14366

Posted on November 6, 2010 12:01 am by Richard

For the most part it seems the illusion of safe air travel has been shaken or shattered with the discovery that bombs can be successfully placed on aircraft by exactly the same people they are trying to stop. That one sentence simply says it all in a nutshell. Continue reading → Post ID 14366

  • American arrogance fuel for anger

Posted on October 19, 2010 12:03 am by Richard

American arrogance is well known around the world. The feeling that the American way is the best way is the driving force behind the arrogance. But in reality American arrogance is almost certainly fueling the Anti American anger that has American troops deployed in places like Afghanistan and other such hot spots. • The wrong thing to say

Posted on October 17, 2010 12:01 am by Richard

After people reach a certain level of maturity and level of intelligence they understand there is a right thing to say, and there is a wrong thing to say. There is also a right time to say things as well as a wrong time. But when it comes to some people, both of these examples of maturity and intelligence fly way over their heads and they say something that amounts to trying to catch the asteroid that took out the dinosaurs with their bare hands. There is hardly a person that has not heard of the fallout from the almost burned Quran (Koran) in Florida. Riots, people dying and more in a variety of places. But this entry is not so much about that, this entry is about people’s reaction to seeing that type of behavior over something that never happened. Continue reading → Post ID 14366

  • Quran (Koran) burning provides Afghanistan reality check

Posted on September 18, 2010 12:02 am by Richard

It is amazing how one very small church in Florida that threatened to burn the Quran (Koran), provided such a very clear picture of the mental state of the Afghanistan people. It very quickly cut past what the US government would like people to believe and gave a reality check on just how tough things are. Continue reading → Post ID 14366

Posted on August 22, 2010 12:01 am by Richard

It has been reported many times in the news that Osama bin Laden is hiding in Pakistan and that the Pakistan government probably knows where he is. So is there any real wonder why there has been a huge lack of private donations for disaster relief from the countries that see Osama bin Laden at the very top of the most wanted list. For Americans this is just one of those things where the laws of the land seem in error. This is not the first time it has happened as it is frequent in communities where religion and state tends to blend or clash in ways the Constitution frowns on. But in this case while troops are fighting and dying as a result of the 9-11 terrorist attacks, it spark strong feelings from coast to coast. Continue reading → Post ID 14366
